After training under Master Pâtissiers around the world Fernando worked at major hotels and lectured to thousands across the United States and Europe.  His travels are the foundation for the Crumbs of Paris extensive recipes and techniques.

We believe that planning your edible creation takes time and dedication.  Scheduling an appointment ahead of time is necessary to ensure that we have the necessary time to fully discuss your needs.  

At your scheduled appointment we will be ready with free samples and many ideas to help in designing your "dream from scratch."
